The development of internet finance in China is marked by the crowdfunding network’s official launch in 2013. The development of Internet Finance solves the problem of “financing is difficult and expensive” for small and medium-sized enterprises, reduces the financing cost and improves the financing efficiency. It provides a way for the people’s idle funds and improves the utilisation rate of capital. At present, the crowdfunding platform in China is in the early stage of development. Its corresponding industry rules have not been effectively established, and there are potential risks and problems in the operation process. In this study, we suggestseveral measures to play a reference role in crowdfunding development in China.
